Sunspree Equine located in Archer, FL conveniently located near show grounds, trails, state parks and the University of Florida.

• 6 stall Concrete block barn 12' wide cement center aisle way. 14'x14' stalls with solid floor, rubber mats and bedding. Outside dutch door entry to each stall and sliding doors inside entry to each stall. Well ventilated for summer months.
• 2 full size wash/tack racks 12'x14' with electric,water,fans. 1 outside wash rack 9'x10' with rubber mats.
• full size stocks for farrier and/or veterinarian use.
• dehumidified tackroom
• 60' round pen with observation deck. 6' walls 4' being solid wood. sand/mulch footing.
• 40' oval jump chute for conditioning and free jumping. sand/grass footing.
• 100'x200' outdoor riding ring. Irrigated. Competition size BLOC arena. sand footing. Lights  for entire arena.
• no climb fencing with top rail for visibility and safety.
• shade trees galore in all paddocks and around the property.
• Access to neighborhood trails through adjoining gate directly behind property.
• hay shed well ventilated and located away from main barn.

Carey Zukaitis, owner and trainer is dedicated to providing a well balanced training program for you and your sporthorse. From birth to advanced performance and everything in between. Carey specializes in preparation for inspections, breed shows, and dressage. Lessons and training at your farm is offered, too.

Sunspree Equine prospects for sale.  Horses suitable for many disciplines. Combining top pedigrees for temperament and performance for amateurs and advanced horseman. All sale horses are shown honestly and fair with level of training or age.
